Policies

All sales are final. Please email us at admin@liberationstore.org if there is an issue with your order. Each item is made to order; we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the order has been delivered. Minor print flaws will not be refunded. Claims deemed an error on our part will be refunded at our expense after the item has been mailed back to us and has been received. We will not issue a refund for the initial shipping charge or any cost incurred shipping the item back to us. Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the purchase price of the item.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If the delivery status of your item is "delivered," but you have not received the item, we will not be able to issue a refund.
